1、檢查焊接變位機翻轉(zhuǎn)傳動

(1)傾斜傳動應(yīng)平穩(wěn)，在負載下不抖動，整機不會傾覆。當負載Q超過25kg時，應(yīng)有電源驅(qū)動功能。

(2)設(shè)置限位裝置，控制傾角，并具有角度指示標志。

(1)變位機應(yīng)設(shè)置導電裝置，以避免焊接電流穿過軸承、齒輪等傳動部位。導電性設(shè)備的電阻不能超過1mΩ，且其容量要滿足焊接額定電流的要求。
