The horizontal circumferential seam welding machine for pipe flange is applied to the circumferential seam of flange with high efficiency. 采用三軸數(shù)控系統(tǒng)，焊槍過(guò)程中的三軸聯(lián)動(dòng)，控制焊槍走出相應(yīng)軌跡。焊槍電流及電壓可預(yù)存及分段調(diào)用 。采用PLC控制整機(jī)運(yùn)行，控制焊槍氣動(dòng)進(jìn)給，工件晃動(dòng)裝及規(guī)范切換等。焊槍移動(dòng)通過(guò)交流伺服電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)滾珠絲桿實(shí)現(xiàn)，由直線導(dǎo)軌導(dǎo)向。焊縫變形小，焊縫牢固。

The three-axis CNC system is used to control the welding gun to go out of the corresponding track. Welding torch current and voltage can be pre stored and called in sections. PLC is used to control the operation of the whole machine, control the pneumatic feed of welding gun, workpiece shaking, loading and standard switching, etc. The movement of the welding gun is realized by the ball screw driven by the AC servo motor and guided by the linear guide rail. The weld deformation is small and the weld is firm.
