數(shù)控鋼筋籠滾焊機(jī)每天開機(jī)之前，要對(duì)機(jī)子進(jìn)行的檢查，主要檢查的內(nèi)容如下：

Before starting up the CNC steel cage rolling welding machine every day, a comprehensive inspection should be conducted on the machine. The main inspection contents are as follows:

（1）要檢查急停按鈕（三個(gè)中的任意一個(gè)）是否處于按下狀態(tài)C控制電源開關(guān)是否處于關(guān)閉狀態(tài)；

(1) Check whether the emergency stop button (any one of the three) is in the pressed state, and whether the control power switch is in the off state;

（2）各條線路連接是否為正常狀態(tài)；

(2) Whether the connections of each line are in a normal state;

（3）要仔細(xì)檢查是否存在漏油情況；

(3) Carefully check for oil leakage;

（4）各螺栓螺帽有無松動(dòng)情況；

(4) Check for any looseness in the bolts and nuts;

（5）電氣柜內(nèi)粉塵是否過多。

(5) Is there too much dust inside the electrical cabinet.

數(shù)控鋼筋籠滾焊機(jī)在運(yùn)行過程中，要注意檢查馬達(dá)是否有過熱現(xiàn)象。

During the operation of the CNC steel cage rolling welding machine, attention should be paid to checking whether the motor is overheated.

數(shù)控鋼筋籠滾焊機(jī)運(yùn)行過程中，嚴(yán)禁對(duì)電氣部分進(jìn)行遮蓋，要保持散熱順暢。

During the operation of the CNC steel cage rolling welding machine, it is strictly prohibited to cover the electrical parts and ensure smooth heat dissipation.

設(shè)備運(yùn)行2個(gè)月左右后，要對(duì)斷路器馬達(dá)接線端子電箱內(nèi)接線端子，在電源切斷的情況下進(jìn)行重新緊固。

After about 2 months of operation, the circuit breaker motor wiring terminals inside the electrical box should be re tightened with the power cut off.

2個(gè)月左右要對(duì)減速機(jī)液壓站油量進(jìn)行定期檢查。若不足，需要進(jìn)行添加，如有漏油現(xiàn)象要進(jìn)行及時(shí)進(jìn)行修理。

Regular inspection of the oil level at the hydraulic station of the reducer should be carried out around 2 months. If it is insufficient, it needs to be added. If there is any oil leakage, it should be repaired in a timely manner.

每個(gè)星期要對(duì)所有的潤滑油嘴進(jìn)行打黃油一次。

Apply butter to all lubrication fittings once a week.

設(shè)備正常運(yùn)行2個(gè)月左右，要對(duì)所有的螺栓螺帽進(jìn)行重新緊固。

The equipment has been running normally for about 2 months, and all bolts and nuts need to be re tightened.

每周要定期用油漆毛刷或微風(fēng)吹風(fēng)機(jī)電氣柜中的灰塵，保持電氣柜內(nèi)清潔，否則可能會(huì)引起短路燒壞設(shè)備的事故發(fā)生。

Regularly clean the dust in the electrical cabinet with a paint brush or a breeze blower every week, and keep the cabinet clean. Otherwise, it may cause accidents such as short circuits and equipment damage.

對(duì)配套設(shè)備，如液壓站的維護(hù)保養(yǎng)請(qǐng)參閱相應(yīng)產(chǎn)品使用說明書（嚴(yán)防進(jìn)水拆卸相應(yīng)零部件嚴(yán)防灰塵和其他臟物進(jìn)入）。
